Scheduling Flexibility And Preferences
We attempt to schedule appointments at your convenience and when time is available. We prefer to schedule children under seven years of age and children with special healthcare needs during the morning hours for their comfort. School-aged children who require extensive treatment also do best having morning appointments.
School Absences For Dental Appointments
Like physician visits, dental appointments are an excused absence from school and we will be happy to provide your child with an excuse note to take back to school. Missing school can be kept to a minimum when regular dental care is continued.
Rescheduling And Attendance Policies
Appointed times are reserved exclusively for each patient and we ask that you please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule your appointment.
We make every effort to be an on-time office, and as a courtesy to us and our other patients, we ask that you please arrive on time for your appointments. We realize that unexpected things can happen, but we ask for your assistance so that we can provide the same quality experience for everyone. Should there be more than two missed or short notice cancellations, we reserve the right to no longer appoint your child.
